Remodeling & New Construction 

We will have a discovery meeting to learn about your design goals, budget and scope of work. Measurements will be taken on site and we will collect any existing blueprints. If you do not already have a general contractor we can offer referrals. We collect a deposit for our design fees and signature on our contract. 

2-D Floor plans with proposed layout of space(s) will be reviewed

for your approval and adjustments will be made. We will coordinate with your GC the proposed layout for labor estimates. We offer 3D SketchUp models for spaces and if needed we can provide photo realistic renderings for an additional fee. 

Based on your preferences and budget we will guide you through in-person meetings to select finishes such as:  flooring, tile, counter tops, plumbing fixtures and appliances. 

Design boards will be shared with you and your GC to provide visual representation and the the details of each selection. 

We have got all the details covered with your GC and their subcontractors. Our job is to ensure our thoughtful design and curated finishes are carried out in the construction phase. We provide custom cabinetry plans, a lighting plan, tile design plans and much more. Meeting with your plumber, electrician, cabinet maker, tiler and other trade professionals needed throughout the construction phase. 

We will be there until your final walk through with your GC. After the cleaning crew wraps up we will be taking your After photos. If you haven't already added on a furnishings package we can discuss your next steps. We do recommend adding on window treatments if possible.
