This historical home was in need of some TLC. We reimagined the living spaces with modern amenities and functionality in mind. The finishes, appliances, color palette and moldings were all chosen as a nod to the home's colonial revival roots but with a contemporary lens.  We added character with custom wainscoting in the living and dining room, unique tile work in each bathroom and a stunning arched double shower in the primary bath. Extra tall ceilings allowed for oversized doors and a basement became a full 2 bedroom apartment opening up opportunities for shared living or extended family.
