Minter Bridge Road Before & Afters
This mid-century farmhouse has gorgeous views overlooking fields of farmland and centuries old tree growth. It is quite stunning and deserving of some TLC to bring the home's integrity back and improve the functionality.
The home was built as a ranch in the 1950's and over the years various home owners had made changes such as enclosing an exterior patio and adding a second level, to name a couple. These projects left the home with varied ceiling heights, an odd layout with a tiny kitchen and massive guest room, not to mention dangerous electrical wiring and asbestos. This remodel took time and patience to rebuild and put it back together with improved functionality to meet this young family's needs for generations to come.
