The Bené Interiors Home Furnishing Process
What to Expect
1 - Floor Plans
We start with measurements of your space and any existing furniture pieces that may be incorporated in the new design. Next, we will present the proposed new layout with you for approval.
2 - Furniture Selection
You will be presented with Design Boards to review furniture and accessories based on our agreed upon budget and scope. We work exclusively with to the trade vendors who offer only high quality furnishings for the best results. Custom upholstered items will be reviewed together in a local showroom.
3 - Ordering
We will order all your approved items once payment is received. Quality control is covered. We inspect for damages and handle any returns or replacements if needed. You will be updated with approximate arrival timelines for all items.

4 - Installation &
Reveal Day!
Your installation date will be scheduled once we have received all your items in our local warehouse. We asked clients to let us do our magic so you get to come home to your big Reveal! While you are away white glove installation will be supervised by our team. All packaging and even old furniture will be removed if needed. Art and mirrors will be professionally hung, accessories and final details styled by us personally.
5 - Final Details
You will receive a detailed invoice
outlining all purchased items and updated receiving, shipping and installation fees. We will collect your remaining balance for Design fees and then you can enjoy your new beautiful spaces!
