This renovation was a built on a dream to utilize a massive crawl space and turn it into additional living space for this large family who loves to host and entertain. The home is built on the side of a mountain, which means the crawl space is made up of rock on one side and then a massive 12' deep space on the other - leaving us with this amazing opportunity! This project required lots of time and creativity to find solutions to work with the potential while keeping the structural integrity of the foundation of this 3 story home. We are so happy with the results!
