This family needed space for a home office, podcast recording studio and a workout space that could turn into a game room to entertain guests spilling in from backyard parties. Prior home owners filled an inground pool with soil. It was an eye sore and in the perfect spot for this home to expand, so we excavated the pool and rebuilt the earth to give us the space needed.

We got creative and tucked the podcast recording studio behind a set of Murphy doors, added a ballet bar, wall bars for stretching and left enough space for a ping pong table and Peloton bike.  We also included a full size bath to complete this new wing of their home.
